Anand Christopher

Anand Christopher is the Managing Partner and Founder of Claremont Hudson. With over 20 years of experience leading growth strategy projects, he brings a results-oriented focus to all client engagements. He has led successful projects in areas including strategic planning, new market entry, acquisition strategy / commercial due diligence, product & pricing strategy, and capital raising for clients ranging from middle market to Fortune 500 companies. He has delivered tangible value to clients in a broad range of industries and has developed a deep expertise in healthcare, technology, and private equity. Previous engagements include commercializing a voice-enabled electronic health record (EHR) platform for a leading critical care health system, developing an acquisition roadmap for a Fortune 20 healthcare company, spearheading diligence on a telemedicine target for a leading healthcare supplier, conducting a commercial diligence study to support acquisition of a multi-billion dollar health insurance carrier, and establishing a telebehavioral health partnership for a primary care focused telehealth platform.

Anand holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, as well as Series 7, Series 79, and Series 63 FINRA licenses. Anand currently serves as President of the University of Michigan Ross Club of Chicago and is a member of The Economic Club of Chicago.

Mitchell Kentor, MD

Mitchell Kentor, M.D. is a board-certified emergency physician who is passionate about the intersection between business and medicine. He believes in working to improve the healthcare system from the bedside and beyond which has led him to hold a multitude of roles. 

Clinically, he has worked in diverse settings from level 1 trauma centers to urgent care. He also has experience in hospital operations including serving on numerous hospital committees such as process improvement, disaster medicine, ethics, and COVID response teams. Additionally, he has worked in venture capital and consulting as the president and founder of MK Business Consultants. Mitch is also involved in organized medicine with the Illinois College of Emergency Physicians and is on the editorial advisory board of ACEP NOW.

Mitch earned his BBA with High Distinction from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, his M.D. from the Wayne State University School of Medicine, and he completed his emergency medicine residency at Advocate Christ Medical Center. Currently he is an accelerated evening and weekend MBA candidate at the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management.


Lynn Compton Seay, RN

Lynn Compton Seay is an experienced consultant focusing on operations transformation and corporate strategy within the healthcare industry. As a former clinician and operating executive, she possesses a deep understanding of front line care delivery and enterprise management. Lynn began her career as a registered nurse and provided direct patient care across the full spectrum of provider environments, from a large, nationally ranked academic medical center to a small, faith-based community hospital. She has experience in a broad array of clinical contexts, from acute inpatient medical-surgical and critical care to outpatient in-home care.  Most recently, Lynn served as Vice President and General Manager of Nursing Programs at Kaplan North America, where she led and grew a division that creates and delivers digital products for the institutional & retail nursing education markets.  This role included P&L ownership, budget management and forecasting.

Lynn began her management consulting career at McKinsey & Company, where she worked broadly across functions (operations, strategy and org) and developed depth in large-scale enterprise transformations. 

Lynn holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and bachelor degrees in Nursing and Fine Art from Mount Saint Mary's College and New York University respectively.

David Patten, CFA

David Patten, CFA has six years of management consulting experience and nine years of investment banking experience. Within investment banking, his focus was equity and debt capital raising for large-cap industrial companies. Additionally, he worked on IPOs within the consumer products / retail industry. His focus within management consulting includes strategic planning and financial modeling for cash flow positive, private equity-owned companies within the industrial, technology, and business service industries. Additionally, he has provided growth strategy and consumer insights consulting services to several Fortune 500 and middle market companies.

David holds an MBA from UCLA and an AB, Cum Laude, from Princeton University. He is also a CFA charterholder.

Todd Ruddick

Todd Ruddick leverages over a decade of experience across large corporations and early stage businesses to finding solutions that benefit clients. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies on implementing large scale pricing strategies that have returned over $50 million in additional revenue and led to improvements in their sales channel approach. On the other end of the spectrum, he has worked with start-ups in defining initial pricing and how that fits into their overall launch strategy. He has also worked extensively on revenue management and using dynamic pricing as an approach to better manage variable demand when supply is relatively fixed.

Todd holds a BSE in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, an SM in Aeronautical & Astronautical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and an MBA with a focus on Operations Strategy from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
